Parent Support Program

The Montessori approach welcomes parental involvement in opportunities offered within a supportive learning environment. Lotus Montessori Academy encourages parents to join our family and take part in activities such as school community meetings, school-wide events, mom’s and dad’s days celebrations, share culture or talents, etc. Such events provide groundwork for experience and knowledge sharing, and enable to keep parents updated about their kids’ endeavors and achievements. Most children love when their parents are active members of the community. Lotus Montessori Academy has a special component for our families in need. Our Family Services Liaison works with parents of Lotus Montessori Academy who struggle to meet their families’ basic needs. She helps parents to connect with the existing community resources and services that are available to them, as well as supporting them as they seek larger-scale solutions to challenges they face.
